Mr. Snow joined Parker Towing in 1978. He served in all positions on various Parker vessels and served as Personnel Manager and Assistant Vice President of Operations before taking over his current position. He is a past President of the Tuscaloosa Personnel Association, a member of the Northport Renaissance Committee, and a member of the Boat and Marina Advisor Committee for the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. In addition, he is actively involved with the towing and barge industry human resource efforts and is licensed by the U. S. Coast Guard as a master of towing vessels. Mr. Snow graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in history.
